What happens next

  • KIB verifies and processes valid requests within 30 days.
  • Account and profile identifiers are deleted or anonymised.
  • Records required for legal, financial, consent, attendance, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may be retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Deleting an account does not by itself create a refund or cancel an outstanding membership obligation.
